Drama and Creative Arts Therapist
Kate Brown is one of the qualified Drama-therapy Therapists at JSA Psychotherapy Ltd, where she specialises in providing Drama-therapy for children. Kate works creatively with children who have special educational needs, suffered trauma or/and have behavioural difficulties.
Kate also attends strategy meetings and provide reports on the therapeutic progress to assist with the child’s needs. For the past 13+ years, Kate has experience working as a Counsellor, Support Worker & Drama-therapy Therapist and hold a Masters in Drama-therapy and a Degree in Acting. Kate has worked with children who have attention, social and/or learning issues.
Kate has also worked with children who have different learning difficulties, such as: Attention Deficit Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Autism, Asperger Syndrome and Bi-Polar Syndrome.
