Public Law

When we refer to having taken on a Public Law case at JSA, we refer to any case involving the Local Authority and Child Protection/Children’s Services. These are the cases where children have been removed from parental care and placed in ‘out of home care’ for their safety and wellbeing. JSA will play a role in such cases by providing assessments that will help the Court to make an informed decision regarding the future of the child.
